BrandMyEarth is built to know as little about you as possible. No accounts, no ad trackers, no analytics cookies. This page lists everything that is stored and why.

What is stored

The brand details you enter: name, link, logo, and color. The email address you use at checkout, so the manage link and takeover notices can reach you. Order records from our payment provider, which as merchant of record handles your payment details; card numbers never touch this site. Webhook and moderation records are kept so payments cannot be replayed and removals are accountable.

What is public

A placement is a public act. While it runs, your brand name, logo, color, link, and dates are visible on the globe, on the place page, on your brand page, and in generated share images. After it ends, the placement stays listed in the public claim history of the place as part of the record of the map. Your email address is never shown anywhere.

What is not stored

No accounts. No tracking cookies. No stored location. The globe may use your country from a request header to pick the first camera view; that value is never saved. Your theme choice, light or dark, lives only in your own browser.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookies. The admin area, used only by the operator, uses a session cookie to sign in. The payment provider sets its own cookies inside its checkout, covered by its own policy.

The manage link

Your manage link is emailed after purchase and is the only key to your branding. Anyone with the link can manage that branding, so keep it private. You can request a fresh one from the home page, and requesting one never reveals whether an email address has placements.

Emails

Emails are transactional only: your manage link, a takeover notice with your credit, and replies you ask for. No newsletters, no marketing, and your address is never shared or sold.

Retention and deletion

Brand content stays in the public history unless you ask for its removal. Order records are kept as long as bookkeeping requires. Email hello@brandmyearth.com to request deletion of your branding, its history entries, and your stored details. I look within 72 hours.

Children

The service is not directed at children and purchases require a payment method. If a child's details ended up here, write and they will be removed.
