BrandMyEarth

Content rules

Last updated: 27 August 2026.

BrandMyEarth sells a virtual placement on a digital map. To keep the globe safe for everyone, these rules apply to every branding, and they are part of the terms.

What can be branded

Commercial brands, products, apps, games, personal projects, creators, and individuals. If you make something and hold the rights to the name and logo you upload, you are welcome.

What cannot be branded

Political parties and candidates. Governments and militaries. Religious organizations. Advocacy or campaign groups. Hate symbols or hate speech in any form. Adult content. Gambling. Scams or deceptive schemes. Anything illegal in India, where the service is operated.

Standards for what you upload

The name, logo, and link must be yours or licensed to you. No impersonating another brand or person. No trademarks you do not hold. The link must go where it says it goes: no malware, no phishing, no redirects to something the placement hides. Logos must be safe for a general audience.

Removal

Any branding can be removed at any time. If the removal is not for a rules violation, unused days are refunded in full. If it is for a rules violation, they are not. Repeat violators lose the ability to buy.

Reporting a branding

Seen something on the globe that breaks these rules, or a logo you hold the rights to? Email hello@brandmyearth.com with the place and the problem. Reports and takedown requests are looked at within 72 hours.

Areas that are not available

Some places on the map are not available on purpose. This is not a statement about anything. It keeps the project out of arguments that have nothing to do with it.
